TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases placed through https://treskow.photography operated by Jurij Treskow.

2. Nature of Products
All works offered on this website—including limited-edition fine art prints, photographic publications, art objects, original art books, and physical archives—are physical, original, and limited-edition artworks created, produced, or personally signed by Jurij Treskow.

3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in EUR (€).
- Payments can be made via Credit / Debit Cards (Stripe), Apple Pay, PayPal, or Direct Bank Transfer.
- Orders are processed and dispatched only after full payment has been received.

4. Shipping & Delivery
- Worldwide shipping is conducted via tracked priority postal services (DHL / Deutsche Post).
- Estimated delivery times: EU (5–7 business days), International (7–14 business days).
- Customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees for deliveries outside the European Union are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

5. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal (No Returns for Limited & Original Artworks)
Pursuant to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB (German Civil Code), the statutory right of withdrawal DOES NOT apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Because all items sold on this site are limited-edition artworks, signed publications, custom fine art prints, or handcrafted art objects:
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- Returns, exchanges, or order cancellations are not accepted once an order has been dispatched.

6. Damaged or Defective Items in Transit
If your shipment arrives damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt at i@treskow.photography with detailed photographs of the damaged package, the artwork, and the Certificate of Authenticity (if included). We will immediately review the issue to arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution.

7. Applicable Law
These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Your address and contact details (email/phone) are shared with shipping and postal partners (such as DHL / Deutsche Post) strictly for the purpose of dispatching your physical order and providing tracking updates (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5. Data Retention
Personal data related to orders will be stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill contractual obligations or as required by German tax and commercial retention laws (e.g., up to 10 years for invoices under § 147 AO / § 14b UStG).
