the femme fatale series

in hotels
CONCEPT
Inspired by the legacy of iconic photographers who transformed hotel rooms into evocative settings, this project delves deeper into the mystique of the modern woman.

It seeks to celebrate the multifaceted nature of feminine power - from quiet confidence to provocative sexuality - within the intimate and transformative space of a hotel room.
INSPIRATION
INSPIRATION
Building on the foundations laid by masters like Newton, Sieff, and Bourdin, this project reimagines the hotel room not as a backdrop but as a sanctuary where women reveal their true selves.

It pays homage to their work while infusing a contemporary perspective that empowers and glorifies the feminine spirit.
JURIJ TRESKOW
Evolution
While acknowledging the historical use of hotel rooms to depict glamour and sensuality, this project shifts the focus towards celebrating the diverse expressions of female power.

It aims to capture the raw energy, mystery, and feminine grace that define the modern woman, showcasing her strength, vulnerability, and unapologetic sexuality.
Artistic Vision
Drawing inspiration from the femme fatale archetype, the project seeks to portray women who are both alluring and empowered. It aims to magnify their beauty and radiance while capturing their complexity and depth.

The hotel room serves as a metaphorical stage where they can shed societal expectations and embrace their authentic selves.
Technical Approach
Utilizing the hotel room's unique atmosphere, the project will employ a combination of carefully crafted lighting, composition, and styling to create images that are both visually striking and emotionally resonant.

The focus will be on capturing candid moments, intimate portraits, and evocative narratives that celebrate the feminine spirit in all its glory.
Overall Impact
This project aims to contribute to the ongoing conversation about female empowerment and representation in art and photography.

By showcasing the diverse beauty and strength of women, it seeks to challenge stereotypes and inspire viewers to embrace their own unique power and radiance.
PRINTED BOOK - FATAL ISSUE #1
FATAL ISSUE #1
I’ve always dreamed of creating a photography book. Browsing through photo albums in bookstores, I loved the stories and atmosphere on each page.

To bring this dream to life, I needed to gather material worthy of print. After years of work and travel, I found inspiration in hotels, which perfectly embodied the cinematic allure of the femme fatale. These settings transformed my models into actresses, channeling seduction, power, and wildness.

Each city brought its own artistic touch to this vision. My book is a chronicle of these creative explorations, celebrating the beauty of the human form without crossing into vulgarity. It features 44 pages of work with six muses, available in a limited edition of 250 copies. It’s the first volume of my series, “Fatal Issues,” with more to come.

This project has been a deeply personal journey, and I’m grateful to everyone involved.
